Can I order from this site if I live outside the UK?

Yes! All of the products are available for worldwide delivery with the exception of our Ready Meal Range.

What if I’ve forgotten my password?

1. Click 'Sign In' on the top right hand corner of the page. 2. Click on 'forgotten your password'. 3. Enter your email address. 4. An automated email will send the password directly to you.

How do I create an online account?

1. Click 'Register' on the top right hand corner of the page. 2.Enter details of an existing email address and a password. 3. Enter name and address details. 4. Enter your contact details and click 'create account'.

Why am I asked for a password before I can view the Online Store?

We don’t require people to register before browsing the online store – so if you are using the internet from an office, it’s probably an internal firewall setting.

Is VAT charged on deliveries outside the EC?

No, Vat is not charged on items delivered outside the EC.

How will I know how much I will be charged for Shipping?

Shipping charges are displayed within the delivery section. Please check ensure an adequate shipping charge is applied.

My credit card number is not being accepted:

Check that you have entered the number without spaces. If your card is registered and has a secure password, you would need to verfiy before payment can be accepted. Where cards have an issue number, please make sure this number is entered. If problem presist, please contact your credit card Issuer.

How can I pay for my order?

LA Trinity Online accepts payment by: Paypal secured payment and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment by cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card is accepted.

If I use an overseas credit card, what exchange rate will be used?

The exchange rate will be that of the credit card issuer.
