Cured Lamb Ham Delicious home-cured lamb and prepared using the traditional 'ham' method. Produced from locally reared lamb, the leg of lamb is cured for 21 days. The curing method gives the meat a succulent flavour.
After the curing process the meat is roasted and glazed with honey and mint. Best served sliced and fried with mustard accompanied by roast potatoes and salad; or with scrambled eggs for breakfast. This product is made to order so please allow four weeks for delivery.
