A marinade which imparts great flavour to chicken, fish and meat. The marinade helps tenderise the meat, resulting in a succulent and delicious dish. Ideal for barbecues, frying, grilling, roasting and stewing.
Ingredients: celery, chive, garlic, onion, spices, spring onion, chillie peppers, salt, alcohol.
