Contract for the Supply of Products or Services:

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by La Trinity of your offer to buy goods or services from La Trinity and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

La Trinity is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

La Trinity disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Processing of orders:

Credit & debit card payment would to be processed and authorized before items are shipped or before services are activated by La Trinity, please note when paying by cheque the cheque must be cleared before goods can be dispatched. Payment can also be made by phone or fax, all cheques would have to be cleared before goods are dispatched, this can take up to 5 working days.

Limitation of Liability:

Neither La Trinity nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Illegal Acts:

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Returns

Order can be returned within 7 days of purchase, a refund of the full purchase price less postage and packing charges would be given. This is conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and good condition within 7 days of the date of cancellation.

Returning items under this Guarantee is the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.

We reserve the right to charge extra according to the weight of product as per the post office rate, this mostly applies to worldwide customers.

Changes in Terms

La Trinity reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the La Trinity web site.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
